01. You must be a fan of White Fudge Covered Oreos.
02. You don't need to have a website, but if you do please put up a code.
03. Please give a somewhat real-sounding name--nothing like babygurl333. Nicknames are fine.
04. No porn/racist/containing illegal material website please! If you submit your site and it falls under one of those categories, I won't list your website [your name will still be on the list though].
05. I will do code checks, so please keep them up. If it is not up, I will send you an email about it. If it doesn't get put up within a week, I will remove your website link from the list.
06. Please fill out the form completely. Yes, that includes a real email, etc. because you will be receiving an email after you've been added.
07. Remember to put in a password or else it will be randomly generated and then emailed to you--the password is so that you can update your own information whenever you wish.
